Visitor analytics
We record page paths, visit times, active seconds, device type and the IP address seen by our server for guest and signed-in visits. A random browser identifier links visits; signed-in visits may also be associated with your account. Queries, form contents, passwords, file contents and precise GPS location are not collected by this analytics feature.
For public IP addresses, our backend sends the IP to the ipwho.is geolocation service over HTTPS to estimate country, region and city. VPNs and shared networks can make this estimate inaccurate. Private and localhost addresses are labelled as local; failed lookups remain unknown. Analytics reports cover the last 30 days (deleted logs stay in restorable Trash for another 30 days before permanent removal). Older records move to Trash automatically. Background cleanup permanently removes expired Trash hourly while the backend runs; downtime delays physical cleanup until it resumes. Restored logs receive a fresh 30-day retention period. Only authenticated administrators can view visitor reports.
This policy describes the current local-processing tools. Updated: 25 October 2026.
Cloud files in your account
Signed-in users can choose files to upload from their dashboard. These files are stored privately in the backend database and are available to that account on other devices. The Free plan allows 50 MB total and 2 MB per file. Deleting a cloud file permanently removes the active database copy and frees space; provider backups may follow their own retention schedule. Editor drafts are not uploaded automatically.
Files, text and results
Your selected images, PDFs and other files are processed on your device. The public file tools do not upload file contents or save their inputs and results in our database. Page-visit analytics, described above, are stored separately. Clearing a tool removes its current input from the interface. Your browser and operating system may retain their own download history.
Small preferences
Your browser’s local storage may remember your theme and up to twelve recently used tool names. DraftWord and DraftSheet also save document or workbook contents locally so you can resume your work. Named versions and document notes stay in your browser storage. Some tools remember task settings. Authentication tokens are not stored there. You can remove these preferences through your browser’s site-data settings.
Accounts and infrastructure
The private database stores account records, revocable sessions, availability settings and the visit analytics described above. Public tools do not require an account. Hosting infrastructure may log ordinary request information, such as the page URL, time and IP address, according to the hosting provider’s configuration. Avoid putting sensitive information into page URLs or search queries.
Third parties
The tools do not include advertising trackers. First-party visit analytics and its IP geolocation provider are described above. Opening an external link follows the destination site’s policies. QR code and barcode generation happens locally.
